Refund policy

We do exchanges/ store credit only.  Refunds only applicable in the case of a mistake in production of a custom item or if wrong item was shipped.  We pay shipping on return items.  If you wish to return an item for store credit or exchange you must notify us within one week of receipt of item and you are responsible for return shipping costs.  When the return of the item is authorized, we will issue the credit/ exchange immediately upon receipt of the item.
